NORYX CANCELLATION POLICY

1. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the 'Subscription' section of the dashboard.

2. EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION
The subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period. At the end, new real operations are blocked and a pause request is sent to the Python server.

3. DATA RETENTION
Cancellation of the subscription does not result in data deletion. The history of operations, statistics and configurations are retained.

4. REFUNDS
Payments already made are non-refundable, except in cases provided by applicable law.

5. ACCOUNT DELETION
You can request deletion of your account by contacting support. Data will be deleted according to the Privacy Policy.
