1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Access to and use of NORYX ("the Service") implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
NORYX is a platform that automates cryptocurrency trading strategies through a bot connected to the user's Kraken account. The Service includes a demo mode and a real mode.
3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
The user must register by providing truthful information. Each user is responsible for their password and the activities carried out by their account.
4. DEMO AND REAL MODE
Demo mode uses virtual funds and involves no financial risk. Real mode operates with real funds from the user's Kraken account and involves significant risks.
5. RISKS
Cryptocurrency trading involves high risk. No return is guaranteed and capital may be lost partially or totally. The user acknowledges understanding these risks.
6. LIABILITY
NORYX is not responsible for losses suffered by the user. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. API KEY SECURITY
The user is responsible for configuring Kraken API keys. Withdrawal or transfer permissions must never be enabled.
8. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Payments are managed via Stripe. Prices may be changed with notice. Cancellation is possible at any time.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
NORYX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
