DATA COLLECTED We collect: name, email, country, timezone, bot configurations, trading data (positions, operations, statistics), subscription status, system logs. 3. KRAKEN API KEYS Kraken API keys are not stored in plain text in the database. They are sent via HTTPS to the external Python server, which returns a credential identifier. 4. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING Data is used to: provide the Service, manage subscriptions, monitor operations, send notifications, provide support. 5. SECURITY We apply strict access rules: each user sees only their own data. Communications with the Python server are authenticated. No sensitive information in logs. 6. DATA SHARING Data is not sold to third parties. It is shared only with Stripe for payments and with the Python server for trade execution. 7. USER RIGHTS The user has the right to access, modify and request deletion of their data. 8. RETENTION Data is retained for the duration necessary to provide the Service and according to legal obligations.
